Floral dress unsure about it

So I tried on this dress last summer and was never sure about it so didn’t buy it:-

It came up in suggestions and I ordered it again. Got it delivered, tried it on and again I’m not sure. I think I wanted a nice long floral feminine dress especially because there are a couple of family and friends (separate people) parties this summer.

Should I return it or could I make it work?

i don't like it, it doesn't even look nice on the model, and those bits hanging down from the shoulders are just odd. For that money, you can find something better.

I like it but I'm not head over heels in love with it...

My policy if I'm not mad about something is it has to be useful. So maybe if you know you'll wear it?
