Please help me to find wedding dress

Hello ladies, could I please ask if anyone can recommend or direct me where can I find
a simple, not expensive but good quality wedding dress? I am ready to pay up to £400 max. Maybe there are any sample sales I'm not aware of or nice wedding boutiques? I'm in London.
I contacted Pronovias but their dress prices start from £1000 even for a sample dress Shock. We are having a small wedding in May and I wanted something simple more like a gown than full on wedding dress. Ideally without lace and without train.
I tried to order from Coast and John Lewis Adriana Peppel, dresses looked beautiful on the photo but looked very cheap and poor quality in real life..
I would really appreciate your recommendations!

Have you tried Phase Eight? I know it’s a weird shop but their wedding dresses are nice quality and all around the £500 or under mark

Have a look at wed2b. The most expensive dress they sell is £599 I think and SO much choice. Some of the quality when I tried on was good but for instance the material was shiney. I am being mega picky there though!

Go to a bridal shop, they usually have a sale section.
I tried regular shops eg Monsoon, John Lewis but the quality was poor tbh.
Although if you are young and slim it might be fine.

Do you have an Oxfam with a bridal section near to you? I got a pronovias sample for £220, and god I adored that dress. Second one I tried in the shop and saved me the hell of wedding dress shopping which I just knew wasn’t for me.

also two stunning bridesmaid dresses dusky pink for £25 for BOTH never been worn , size 10, I was watching them for a friend who went elsewhere but I'd have bought these if I were her

As stunning dresses and bridesmaids dresses all affordable and they have a massive sale on even if amazing bride and bridesmaid dresses through them aren't already so much cheaper than shops!

You can get bride dresses for £100-200 in here

Have a look at Jarlo and Chi Chi London. I ordered a wedding dresses from both and they were good quality.

I ended up wearing a £150 Jarlo dress which I had taken up by a local seamstress for £60!

Seriously look on eBay if you don't look on pretty young things website as unworn or worn once don't know your style or size but just look at these for a start - skip part the expedience ones as these are same quality-

Of course for that dress it'll go up to £49-50 ish but off white stunning am dress that was £400 new? Few days left to big in it- get a dress here rather than spend £1000!
Hmm £50 or £1000?

I know what I'd choose!
