Perfumes that last

Any thoughts on perfumes that actually last on the skin more than 2 hours! All the ones I’ve tried recently fade really quickly. I’d love a reasonably priced day to day option but happy to spend more for something that really works.
Has anyone tried the Chloe range?

I've bought what I think is the Jo Malone rip offs by Primark - they seem to last ages . I could still smell the light spray of Pear and White Flower a day later.

I wear La vie est belle and flowerbomb and both stay well

Get yourself something with oud in it, that stuff sticks around for days. Or an Eau de parfum rather than a toilette of whatever perfume you choose.

Generally citrus notes and some lighter flower notes don't last well, and they're usually used as top notes and the first thing you smell.

Chloe perfumes are choc full of these as a rule so I don't imagine any of them are great lasters . They all seem to dry down into a generic powdery floral mishmash. ( I'll be honest I've never liked Chloe perfumes so my research is far from exhaustive!).

I second La vie est Belle. Definitely can still smell it the next day.

Hey, I wear Alien. I always get compliments on it throughout the day so it defiantly lasts!!

Zara Twilight Mauve, Zara Gardenia (red bottle).

Another pricey one shop around YSL mon Paris it does last though and smells gorgeous!

Oh interesting re mon Paris. Randomly I have a sealed box of it that I got free and totally forgot about it. I’ll try it.

I have LK Bennett signature, it lasts well on me

I usually find my Chanel ones last quite a long time. But genuinely the longest lasting perfume ever, is Narciso Rodriguez Amber I think it’s called (or Ambree??). The smell never fades!! It’s a beautiful scent too.

@GettingStuffed the LK Bennett signature is on a website called the fragrance shop for £5. I’ve never heard of that website before though

I have Chloe original eau de parfum. It's lasts ages and the smell doesn't change. Same as Chanel madamoisselle intense.(it's not too intense, just lasts longer IMO)

Love Chanel too. Not my everyday perfume as its expensive it does last though.

@KELLOGSspeck I’m going to order the zara ones thanks. Be good as day to day if they last on my skin. Worth a try at that price x

You need perfume not EDT, and your nose gets used to it, so others can smell it when you can't.

I wear Karma from Lush and people comment on it (positively!) quite a bit, so presumably that stays around a fair while?

I also hate Alien, it's truly unpleasant to my nose.

OP, I find the original Chloe lasts all day on me, as does Chloe Nomade. Mon Paris is lovely and also lasts well.

I was complimented when I was wearing Scherzo by Miller Harris the other day. I'd put a couple of squirts on first thing in the morning and not reapplied and compliment received late afternoon. Its not an over powering scent but because it contains oud, seems to last well.

Coco Mademoiselle - I can still smell it on clothes after they've been laundered.

Okay so mon Paris is definitely a winner also the zara perfumes arrived. They are both lovely but the Gardenia one lasts pretty well too so that was a good buy.
I’m making a note of all the recommendations so I can try some samples.

Gucci rush for me but agree with a pp. I tried a quick spray of a primark one a while ago and it lasted ages.
I find next perfumes pretty good. They are eau de parfum not eau de toilette

Portrait of a lady by Frederick Malle is very long-lasting - still noticeable at night if applied in the morning, and needs to be applied sparingly too imo, so the bottle really lasts. It's also definitely pricier than most though, I got a 10 ml sample in an advent calendar, am using every last drop and will repurchase next time I'm feeling very flush!
