I like matchy matchy as it looks as though you've made an effort but when you're old(er) you need to pull yourself together or you could resemble a bag lady.

I actually quite like the idea of a one-colour outfit like this if you want to look a bit extrovert. There are enough neutrals in the world! But hard to tell if the shades of green will actually work together without trying them on, I think.
