Anyone bought from TJC online? The jewellery channel?

I’ve seen this ring (Sapphire is my birthstone) and they are doing 25% off so it becomes something I can afford…but not sure how reliable it is to buy jewellery online? If anyone has used them before, would be grateful for feedback.

I bought an Iliana 5stone 1 carat yellow gold ring around 10 years ago. Specified the diamond quality, although they were not certified. Cost 1k

It’s ok, although I don’t really wear rings anymore (not good with where I work). Was G-H SI in clarity, and is nice and sparkly.

You can always return if you’re not happy?

ooh ok, thank you for that! At least I know something will turn up and it’s not a dodgy website then! Your ring sounds lovely @mogglemoo 😊

Assuming it’s over £100, use a credit card to pay for it and you’ll be covered under Section 75 for non arrival.

It's a genuine company they've been going years and I have bought from them quite a lot, they also have a live shopping channel on freeview/Sky so you can see some of the products sold. I've never been duped, I've always received what's been advertised. I would say the gold weights are very low which is what keeps the prices down but if you don't mind a low weight gold item it's not a problem. They sell lots of silver and fashion costume type jewellery too.
