Under eye help

That's it - I can hide it no more - my under-eyes have gone to crepe (see what I did there?)

Can anyone recommend:

1. A hydrating under-eye cream that really works
2. An under-eye primer that will stop my concealer settling into the lines?

Do you powder under your eyes? If so wait for the concealer to be fully dried out. I find that helps
