Foundation recommendations - light but has staying power?

I have a couple of weddings and some work events coming up that I could do with a decent base for.

I like dewy, buildable coverage. My skin tends towards dry with an oily T-zone but I'm pregnant so it changes day to day. I'm 36 and starting to see some wrinkles around my eyes so keen to not get anything that cakes in them.

So far on my to try list are the Armani Luminous Silk and the Charlotte Tilbury Airbrush Flawless Foundation.

Also up for any primer/other wonder products recommendations that will make my skin look good!

Thanks all!

Charlotte Tilbury Airbrush Flawless Foundation this isn't light at all.

Check out a NARS counter if they have one near you.

I like Mac studio fix. It’s medium coverage and buildable.

Vicliz24 · 30/03/2022 13:49

See if you can get a sample of IT Cosmetics CC Cream . It is really light and glowy .

Chanel Vitalumiere for me is the best. It is quite light but dewy. Tried Mac and don't like it!

Primer I don't really rate but I have tried Clinique Super Primer which I've used when i need to use it and that's nice.

Used to use Benefit Dr Feelgood but I'm sure that's been discontinued.

Ah thanks @KatsuKatsu must have been reading about a different one (should have guessed really the clue is in the name)

I'm planning on nipping out on Friday and there's a decent John Lewis and a not bad Boots there so hoping there's a decent selection.

Any particular NARS one @KatsuKatsu?

Hadn't heard of that Chanel one so thanks @Gonnagetgoing

Glossier skin tint very light but buildable and their stretch concealer is fab x

Nars Radiant Longwear and for everyday The Ordinary Serum foundation is also very good

No 7 Hydraluminous. And I've just got The Ordinary and have been very impressed. I also like Missa M BB cream.
