Best shampoo for flaky scalp?

I've suddenly developed an awful flaky scalp. Have tried washing my hair less, then more. Nothing seems to help.

Anyone have any recommendations for a shampoo/treatment that works?

I’ve spent the past 2 years using everything under the sun from nizorel to natural sulphate/paraben free shampoos. This has, finally, brought relief!

Nizarol is the only shampoo that worked for me…originally given it from the doctor on prescription but you can now buy it freely over the counter. Supermarkets sell the 120ml bottles which are better value for money than the 60ml bottles. A little goes a long way too!

T Gel sensitive. The salycilic acid in it seems to male if effective for me.

Umberto Giannini Scalp Scrub, comes in a green tub, and you can get it on Amazon or Boots. I use it once a week, and it really helps. Feels great on, and smells lovely too.

The Body Shop ginger shampoo. I buy it for my daughter and it works a treat!

This has helped me. My scalp suddenly went really dry and flaky.

Also used olive oil on my roots as a mask to soften it. You have to make sure you shampoo it out really well
