Statement Sunglasses

I'd like a pair of statement / fashion sunglasses. £50 or under ideally, but I could go up to £150ish if they're ones I really love. I'm thinking something with a chunkier frame. Maybe square? I've got a roundish / oval face.

Does anyone have any suggestions for a fun pair? Or advice? What's on trend now? What shape will suit my face? Any advice or brand recommendations welcome 😎

I'd probably go into a department store or opticians and try on a few pairs.

I do have some oversized sunglasses but think I suit a smaller frame to be honest.

I'm not sure what's on trend but you could follow Gemma Collins (she likes a very oversized sunnie) for ideas.

I love big sunglasses but I had the most beautiful pair from Max Mara that did this, I couldn't cope with them at all. Definitely test them out before buying to make sure they won't fall off or keep slipping down your nose.

I love oversized sunglasses and own way too many but I live in a very hot and sunny country so honestly wear them 365 days a year.

Why not buy a cheapy pair from ASOS or somewhere until you figure out if you want to spend a bit more? D&G frames are always nice if and when you're ready to up the budget. I also have a Prada Baroque pair which are fun and I really like Celine for something a bit more classic.

Boot have some French connection ones very like your last pair currently in store. £55 I think and I thought they were surprisingly flattering. In fact I keep thinking about going back to buy them

Tkmaxx is the best place for sunglasses, really good prices of named brands, My most recent ones from there were Stella McCartney

I LOVE sunglasses and normally wear Tiffany (yes, I know) but my favourites were Viviane Westwood. God, they were beautiful. But they died and could never be replaced

I've got a massive head and a round face and I LOVE huge sunglasses. But you need a big noggin to pull them off
