Sticky Business - anyone use false lashes?

Right not life or death , but I always wear strip lashes everyday ! But I am sick of my hooded eyes feel like they touch the glue (that feels kinda sticky always )
I’ve tried loads of glues , the one I have now is latex free but still has that stretchy feeling .

I need one that dries hard ( think nail glue hard , but obvs not nail glue on my eyes)

Tell me there is one out there as I’m fed up of these stretchy kinda eyelash glues ….. or are they all like this !?

I can’t wait to get them off by the end of the day .

I bought some Lolas magnetic ones to try (also hooded eyes) - haven't tried yet so can't help, but maybe the magnetic ones are worth looking at instead of glue?

You might be good at magnetic ones but I found them impossible!

Would a lash treatment be out of the question? A lift or Russian lashes? Erases the need for glue! I’d sort of forgotten false stick-on lashes were a thing tbh, I remember fiddling with them for nights out and they were never straight!

Not sure yet! I can’t do the normal ones but thought I’d give them a go! It’ll probably be a disaster!
