Hoff trainers - sizing?

I love the look of Hoff trainers, especially the City range. I am a 5.5 in shoes and wondered if they are large or small fitting?

I wear a 39 in New Balance, my usual 'go to' trainer.

Are they comfortable? If you have a pair would you recommend them?

I've just bought a pair of Amsterdams & a pair of San Telmo (£26 tk Maxx!) sizing seems spot on. I haven't worn them much yet but so far so comfy.

Thanks @MillicentFaucet I guess my question is whether to size up or down as they don't do half sizes.

I'm 38.5 really and in some shoes / boots depending on the shape, I take a 38 but in New Balance, particularly the padded top ones I need a 39

Be interested to hear anyone else's thoughts on sizing

Can't comment on half sizes as I'm a 41 and the 41 from hoff fitted perfectly and was comfortable from first outing.
I love hoff trainers - mine always get positive comments when I wear them

I've just bought a pair of Almalfa.

I usually wear a 6 or 6.5.

The pair I've just bought are 6 and I'd say they are good and slightly on the snug side.

I have the Java, I am a 7, bought 7 and they are a perfect fit.

Oh and I have wide feet and they are super comfortable in mu usual size.

I saw a gorgeous pair in TK Maxx yesterday for £20. I'm a size 6.5-7, the trainers were an 8. I tried them on and hoped they would run small but they were too big, so probably true to size. They felt really comfy though.

I have the Samoa and got my usual size 4/37. They are very very comfortable. Highly recommend
