Bridget Jones and her wonderful pants

No, sadly I'm not referring to her sexy leopard thong but the lovely big beige brief that she's wearing in the scene on the floor with HG...

After having two kids I think it's time to part with my thongs and move onto more comfortable underwear. I'm looking for a true pair of No VPL full briefs in nude/beige and 100% cotton. Go big or go home, hehe.

M&S do some but the reviews say you can still see the pantie line... no good then. Some more upmarket online retailers are selling pairs but they aren't cheap.

Has anyone got a pair they'd recommend ?

No visible lines... and full briefs please (I'm slim with a big derrière so the bikini shape pants don't make the cut unfortunately).

Primark do these in packs of three for about £5. They are the only pants I wear nowadays. Very comfortable, no lines and last forever. They also come in black.

Primark defo worth a look.

If you're willing to spend a little more, Intimissimi do basic pants in every shape and fabric and colour you could possibly want. They're amazingly comfortable and the no VPL ones are genuinely seamless.

But if you buy them, go a size up from what you think you'll need.

M&S ones are the ones you want, DH swears by em

Hmmm thanks everyone. Guess I'll work from the bottom up and try primark first before splashing out on the pricier pair!

I'm not shopping at M & S any more - they are allowing male fetishists to post revolting reviews of women's pants (including period pants) on their site, and leave the reviews up despite multiple complaints. They don't care about women and girls.

On a more positive note, these are fantastic, hold you in a bit and are very smooth, from uniqlo:
