I'm going to a wedding in a few weeks' time, and need a jacket to wear over my dress in case it's chilly. The wedding dress code is "smart casual or whatever makes you feel comfortable". I have a nice dress to wear, so am not going too casual! I would like to get a jacket that will be suitable for general use as well as the wedding.
I'm not keen on blazers, so will not be getting one. I have been searching online and can't find a suitable jacket! I'm thinking a neutral colour, e.g. taupe, and something that comes to roughly my hips, i.e. not very long but not very short. Any ideas where to find one?! (I've looked at John Lewis, Pure Collection, Crew Clothing, Boden.)
I'd like to find one for under £200. Very grateful for any suggestions!
