I'm on the verge of spending an unwarranted amount of money on a pair of Me + Em cropped trousers and a blazer.
Buying online.
Is it worth the money for the quality etc?
How is their customer service and returns?
Thanks

I ordered quite a number of items in their sale a month or two ago. I kept half and love them. Fit well and great quality. I returned the rest easily and had money refunded quickly. I would definitely buy from them again.

I have some of their dresses. Went and tried on some of their jeans and trousers and a few tops last week as well. All lovely stuff. I adore their dresses and my favourite is a thick navy jersey one that doubles for casual and going out. Very nice weighty fabric. Doesn't crease and hangs beautifully. I love the jeans I tried on, and the trousers were nice but far too long on me (I'm 5'4).

Returns are fine but I have to say that the quality has really deteriorated and clothes don't last - beautiful dress cut in such a way that there was no give in the fabric so it ripped the first time I sat down - replacement dress - same thing happened. Zips are of a pretty cheap and basic quality - will need replacing after 6 months - its a shame as the quality used to be great and I have some pieces I bought a few years ago that are still going strong.
