Anyone bought from Saint & Sofia?

I've got my eye on one of their cotton biker jackets, came across them accidentally whilst googling something else.

It's a little bit more than I'd usually spend but happy to pay for quality. Everything seems to be discounted?

Their returns are a total nightmare. They confirm receipt of items but their policy is that they don't refund for a further 14 working days and even then I had to chase it.

I had a nice pair of trousers but the return experience was so awful I would never buy from them again.

I've bought from them twice and the quality is not worth the price. Also returns are a nightmare as pp said

I got two of their Kensington dresses and love them. Lovely, soft material and really flattering. Sizes slightly big I'd say. I have heard similar to pp before tho, unfortunately.

I’ve bought tops and skirts from them - the tops were decent quality but the skirts were quite poor quality for the price, with wonky waistbands and stitching that stretched and ripped on the first wear!

I do tend to order from stores that fast returns / refund system.

Has anyone seen any other jersey biker jackets that are a decent length?

Just gonna say I had a horrendous time with them. To the point where they refused to answer me and resorted to blocking me on social media. That's the level of customer service

Also the fabric is shit. Quality is not what I'd expect for the money. I have better quality things for half the price. But can't return because they're appalling.

Frankly I'd use anyone other than them!

I got some great boots and trousers from them. I needed to chase a refund on another pair of trousers (I think if I hadn’t chased it they wouldn’t have paid me back).

They're a nightmare. Look up other threads on here about them - there are a handful where they've sent along someone from customer services who ends up making them look even worse (amusing for all except those still waiting for a refund).

Awful quality for the price. In my opinion, the clothes are very 'over sold' on the website. I bought some wide legged trousers and they were terrible - strange cut, an odd length, and certainly not the luxury fabric that was promised. I sent them straight back ... and it took me an age to get a refund. Never again.

I only ever buy in sales bought a slash neck jumper but it isn’t quality at all!

I bought the exact product you're talking about. Jersey biker . Looked amazing in photos. When it arrived it was like a weird cardigan. I sent it straight back.

I remember returns bring a bit odd and now am worried I only got a credit note which I forgot about and I'll have to check my old emails tomorrow!
