Crest Whitening Strips…. How often to use and other tips!

Hi,

Just about to order some of these from Uk whitening site. It says that they’re delivered without a box (not sure if they have instructions!)

I’ve never whitened my teeth before.
How often do you use them?
A fresh set every night for a week?

I’m only buying the smallest box which is 14 strips (£30 but still cheaper than the dentist!)

Does it last?!

Hiya are you getting them from teethwhiteninguk (I think it’s called)? I use them and they are really good!

I used the strips daily although I think it can make your teeth abit sensitive so I would go for every other day. They make a huge difference and are really good! I had been using them for years (breastfeeding now so waiting until I stop to use them again)

Do you think I’ll need more than 14 strips then? They’re quite pricey! (But still cheaper than the £200 from the dentist)

Try every night for a week, that might be enough for a while. Normally does the trick for me.

I buy 14 and use them every other day (sensitive teeth) so I do them over 28 days and do that twice a year. My teeth aren't brilliant white but much better than they were. They're good!

They’re not stained exactly,just the overall colour is not as white as I’d like.

Wow, I'm just posting to add variety to the frequency with which people use these. I have used them for years. I brush my teeth with arm and hammer baking soda toothpaste which removes plaque well and also whitens. So I only use the strips monthly at most! Every dentist I've been to compliments my teeth!

I'm sure you'll ignore this but please don't do it. I know so many people who've absolutely destroyed their teeth by using them. Go to a dentist, pay to have your teeth properly whitened. It will be cheaper than having to have them sorted out in the long run.

How have the strips destroyed their teeth @LittleGwyneth ? Curious because I was planning on getting some.

My teeth aren't destroyed, I use them once or twice a year, for at least the last 15 years!

not mine - a vg friend, they stripped the enamel off her teeth and she's had to have them resurfaced several times. They're still illegal in the UK AFAIK?
