Sandles

As its getting warmer and we're into spring, I need to look for some sandles. I have wide size 7/7.5 feet and struggle with thin sandles. Normally I wear birkenstocks or sketchers flip flops! Neither tend to feel 'pretty '.
Can anyone suggest some sandles please?

What is your budget for a new pair of sandals?

If you like Birkenstock sandals these sandals are more colourful

Fitflop might be prettier but still comfy. I only have plain ones but they do various colours and embellishments. I don't find them quite as good for walking as the birkies but they are great for standing long periods or walking slowly say round a museum.

I have these saltwater sandals. I think they are pretty. They are very comfy, I think because they cover a lot of my foot.

Love saltwaters. They last forever.

These saltwater things, they are waterproof, a very good thing for uk summer! I am interested!

What i need to know is are they good for walking, support, comfort, etc? I hate hard flat shoes.

I hate it when they show sandals without feet in them
Is it just me?

They're not exactly pretty, but I have two pairs of Doc Martens sandals and they're the most comfortable sandals I've ever owned by a very long way.

Popplebop · 26/03/2022 18:54

The Saltwater sandals are absolutely no use for arch support!! They are hard flat shoes - avoid if you need any foot support.

Have a look in Moshulu

GettingStuffed · 26/03/2022 19:23

As a,fellow side foot I get really annoyed when companies don't tell you the width , I have a pair of Moshulu but they're a bit on the narrow side for me. I'm wearing them indoors to stretch the leather.

Lovemusic33 · 26/03/2022 19:27

I have some moshulu sandals, they are pretty comfy, last year I mainly wore teva but put them on this week and found them uncomfortable. I have just bought these from next, they do them in wide fit.

Seasalt do some nice sandals, I’ve got two pairs that I’ve had for three or four years now and still going strong.
