Looking for a statement clutch bag/conversation starter!

I'm going to a wedding in May. My outfit is all navy, I'd like a clutch bag that pops, something a bit different but I dont know where to start looking. I'm very socially awkward and I've found in the past that if I'm wearing something eye-catching (nothing OTT!) people often use it as an ice breaker 'oh I like your bracelet, where did you get it from?'. That type of thing! Any ideas?

I was going to say Kate Spade. I have a pink one with red 3D hearts all over it and it makes a simple LBD look so much more fun.

Accessorize, I bought an amazing bejewelled one second hand at a charity shop and notice that there are lots of nice ones on ebay.
