I'm looking at some Arizona in patent. What size do I need? Usually wear a 6/6.5 in flats, my first three toes are similar length!

I’m a 6.5/7 and wear a 40 if that’s any use to you!

I'm normally a 6 but only need a 5 in birkenstocks

They come up big in my experience

I usually take size 6 but I found 5.5 in Birkenstocks fitted me the best.

There is an anomaly with Birkenstock sizing where there is no 6. I am a 6 in most shoes and have the 5.5 (39) in both my arizonas and my slippers.

I’ve just bought a suede pair of Arizonas. There’s a fitting guide on the Birkenstock website (you stand on paper against a wall and take some measurements), I’d recommend you use that to get the best fit. I ended up with the 38 Reg width. Fit lovely.

I'm a UK 6 39 narrow fit, but I prefer narrow 40. Interesting about your toe shape, my toes taper significantly.

Get a bit of paper, trace around your foot and measure length and width. Then have a look on the calculator on their website.

It's of no consequence, but I just googled this. It sounds like you have a Greek toe shadow and I have an Egyptian.

@dudsville I call them rabbit toes! Just googled & they look like the Roman shape, who knew!
