Skin oily before pregnancy, now drier - will it stay this way?

I’m currently pregnant and my very oily skin is drier. It’s not dry - it’s still a little oily - but it’s so much less oily than before I got pregnant, and easier to deal with. No more make up sliding off by midday. Has anyone else experienced this? What are the chances that it will stay this way after the birth? Or is it more likely to go back to how it was before? I have a feeling this is probably a temporary pregnancy-only change, which is sad.

Nope, 9-12 months later the skin will change again…! Sorry x

No, sorry. Mine did the same and it was wonderful! No spots, make-up stayed on beautifully without powder, and I didn't need to wash my hair every day.

Sadly it went back to normal gradually during the first year. I now have a three year old and am as oily as ever :D
