Best cleanser for waterproof mascara please

Hullo, I'd like to hear your recommendations for a cleanser that will effortlessly remove my waterproof mascara (with a muslin cloth) without stinging my eyes...

Don't want one like a liquid that you use with cotton wool. Can be oil-based. I've been using Bobbi brown oil cleaner for years and it works well but I'm up for a change. I use a second cleanser to clean my skin so its really just for the eyes 👀

Clinique take the day off .. 'tis brilliant.

any old moisturiser or body lotion.
put a little on a corner of your damp flannel.

I usually put it on and hold it for 10 seconds or so before wiping it off.

Lancôme bifacile is the best I've ever used. It"s pricey but excellent.
