Wedding dress like the Parisian Agency?

I had a thread on here a little while ago about finding something to wear for my wedding party this summer. I do have an outfit lined up but I'm not 100% sure about it so am still searching.

I was watching the Parisian Agency on Netflix the other day and I really liked the wedding dress that the woman (one of the daughters-in-law of the parents who run the agency) wore for her town hall wedding.

I've attached a picture which might not be very good but hope it gives an idea.

Would anyone have any ideas where I might be able to find something similar?
