Can I wear this to a wedding? :/

I'm 7 months pregnant and attending a wedding in about 2 weeks. I have this maternity dress which I've not worn out much yet. I'm wondering whether it would be acceptable to wear it to a wedding? I'm unsure, as the wedding colour scheme is cream and burgundy... So I don't want to clash. I also don't know if this is too casual or if I could dress it up with accessories. Honest opinions welcome.

I'd say at 7 months pg that's more than acceptable. Not with black tights though!

Fake tan your legs, if you can reach, or get them done. Or wear nude tights instead of black ones.

At that stage of pregnancy it’s fine. Not with black tights though
