Have an event to go to on Saturday - v conscious of my teeth which seemed to have yellowed significantly recently - clearly no time or money to get moulds done etc - but wondered if there is something I can buy / do which will have an impact?

Peroxyl mouthwash ( sorry if that's not spelt right ). You can get it in Sainsbury's and Boots.

Leaves my teeth much whiter ( and they aren't that white ).

Colgate expert around £12 has some peroxide in it. It seems to have a temporary whitening effect on mine.

Crest whitening strips. The best.
I buy them from UK Teeth Whitening

As per another board here, I’ve been using crest white strips and this toothpaste and I’ve noticed some improvement:

I’m going to start using the mouthwash too.

You can make your own whitening mouthwash using diluted hydrogen peroxide. Buy it over the counter at a chemist.

Berry-coloured, plum or red lipstick with blueish tones can definitely give the illusion of whiter teeth Grin

Have tried this with varying degrees of success

the usual ingredients: lime juice, soda-bicard
Make a paste and brush with it; leave it on if you can

Not sparkling white, but, does make a difference
