Recommend me a pillow mist that smells really nice please! What are your favourites?

The Feather and Down one is lovely and currently in Aldi for about £3. Sanctuary also do a nice one.

Neom perfect nights sleep is what I'm currently using and I won't be going back to anything else, it's heavenly! I use the feather and down one for the kids still though

I use french lavender essential oil and water in a spray which is exactly the same as the expensive body shop one!

Be careful spraying it directly on your pillow - I gave myself a massively painful eye and skin irritation from using lavender spray on my pillows as I sleep mostly face down. Try spraying in areas your face doesn't come into immediate contact with in case of a weird reaction.

I use L'Occitane lavender eau de cologne as pillow spray.

I actually use the lush "sleepy" spray as a pillow spray. It might be a body spray lol but I've never noticed it affect my bedding. Smells lovely.

Bloom and Blossom do a non lavender sleep spray, it's ok but I actually prefer a lavender one.

Neom do a “Bedtime Hero” which is chamomile, ylang ylang and cedarwood. It’s very nice.

I don't like lavender either. Years ago Boots had one in their Botanicals range.... it was nutmeg and peppermint... it was amazing! I still miss it

4160 Tuesdays make a beautiful range of room sprays. They often do short runs of pillow sprays but I can't see she has any at the moment. I prefer to scent around my pillow rather than on my pillow.
