Are Jo Malone body creams any good?

I love Jo Malone so much and have so many favourites, I'm thinking about getting one of the creams, are they good? Does the scent last? Are they good for projecting the scent of the perfumes themselves?

I’ve had a couple and found them great for layering scent.
Having said that, my DH bought them for me and the assistant in the Jo Malone shop told him they could pretty much be used instead of using perfume because they are strongly scented.

This I prefer them to the perfumes ( but I am a body crème fan as have very dry skin)
