Acne in 30s

Started developing acne on my forehead and cheeks for the first time in my life. I'm early 30s. It gets quite sore and not sure why it's suddenly appeared or what to do about it. I'm guessing it's those pesky hormones... Any ideas? /

No advice but i think I’ve just started with it on my cheeks too, I'm 40. They are not spots as such you know it though, but rather bumpy red red spots. I think im going to make a drs appointment

@opensun Have you considered Dermatica or Skin and Me? If it’s bad go to the doctor rather than trying endless over the counter suggestions

@MissMaple82 That sounds like rosacea, same advice applies

@VerityPjohnson I've just been googling and I thinknyou may be correct, it is slightly itchy and I have developed sore eyes! I wonder what's caused that.. another ailment to add to my long list 😩
