Do they exist? I live in joggers but I always feel so unsmart!

Yes, they exist by the bucket load!

You can get Jean joggers that are soft denim and look like joggers at the top.
You can get trousers that look like work trousers but that are elasticated. H&M is good for this.
You can get smart joggers that look like trousers.
