Itchy bumps on scalp

I keep getting bumps on the back of my scalp at the bottom of my hairline which are itchy and it's driving me mad! I don't get these bumps anywhere else on my scalp, just the back. I often change my shampoo but I'm wondering if it's the sls in it? Just weird how it doesn't affect anywhere else. Any ideas?

I have the same, its folliculitis, blocked hair follicles. Sounds very similar to your symptoms. You can get topical treatment to help ease it. Mine isn't as bad now and I don't use any treatment anymore but I've had it for years and it just flares up now and then.

Thank you! I do get bit sweaty there at night so that might be triggering it. Will look into treatment for it

I get sore lumps and spots on my head and now use sls and parabane(?) free shanpoo and conditioner.

Still get the occassional spot, but the sore lumps have gone

I’ve been using a different shampoo lately come to think of it, ran out of my expensive stuff. Will check the label!
