Waterproof smart shoes/ boots

Several times recently I’ve got caught in torrential rain on my way to and from work and had wet feet all day. What waterproof shoes or boots can I buy that are at least moderately smart? I need them to be smart enough to wear to work (semi- formal dress code people - do get away with eg DMs, suede shoes etc) and also to the theatre? Really impractical to wear wellies and change my shoes due to working in different locations. Large umbrella did bugger all for my shoes last time I got soaked

If you buy from Pavers they offer a waterproofing service, it's not just shoes my 91 year old MiL would wear

Wear a different pair for work to the ones you wear there and back.

Only just remembered to come back to this as it’s raining again! Thanks for the suggestions. I haven’t bought anything on pavers will look again, but no I can’t change shoes easily due to working in a place where I need to do 10 min walks between buildings a lot.
