Tear trough fillers

Has anyone had tear trough fillers and got good results with them? I'm thinking of having them but am a bit uncertain. I'm 38 and have always had a slim face with high cheekbones (it seems to be a genetic thing) , I've used every eyecream under the sun but still have hollows. They are not too extreme; but at the same time they annoy meSmile

I did have cheek filler a few months ago and while they look great they still didn't address the undereye hollows. Anyone any suggestions if you deal with the same thing?

I have them done about every 15 months or so.

Have made a huge difference. I wouldn't be without them now, make sure you go to a 'save face' accredited practitioner ( mines a GP in their other job so have a good knowledge of human physiology).

Attached pic of me before and after - apologies the before is not that clear but they honestly do make a huge difference.
