My mum hasn’t been to the hairdressers for along time - pre Covid. She is still too nervous to go due to my dads cancer. I bought her a esalon colour in dark blonde. I coloured for her but it looks too red/ ginger. Any ideas what I can do? Can I add some E salon highlights or add a josh wood cool gloss shot? Feel awful as it is a bit of a disappointment- she is trying to be complementary but I can tell she is a bit upset. I wanted to make her feel special. Her hair had gone quite dark mousy brown. Previously highlighted.
