I have achiles tendinopathy & I'm not sure what to wear on my feet. I was wearing ankle boots with a small heel when I saw the physio & she said the heel was great & I should keep that but try to find an open/more softer back.
Any ideas? I'm on a very tight budget so no judgment please. Cheaper the better!
I wear dresses & tights day to day so preferably something that doesn't look ridiculous with tights, or I could change to leggings. And dresses with bare legs when it warms up. I also have problems with my toes so those have to be covered... Oh & I sweat a lot so breathable would be great (selling myself aren't I)
