I bought some Me+Em joggers following recommendations on another thread. They were £57 in the sale. Half price. For me, this is very expensive for a pair of casual joggers. I'm thinking TK MAXX prices for similar items would be a fraction.
Can anyone vouch for the quality?
I'm toying with sending them back as feel I can't justify the price. At the same time, if they last for years and years they might be worth it, but will they last? My £45 Boden ones did not last a year before getting holes in them.
Thanks

I have a couple of pairs of their trousers that I bought from a charity and are great, but every time I've ordered directly from them I've returned everything. Even at sale prices they were overpriced for the quality.

I think it's one of those brands where I like the theory more than the reality! And don't get me started on the sample sale I took a half-day's leave for and was sold out by the time I got there...

I've been into their Marylebone store and the staff couldn't have been lovelier. I tried on a dress I fell in love with, but was still browsing for the day, so didn't want to commit to it. I got home, still loved it and went to order it online but it had sold out. The next day I called the Marylebone store again to see if I could order it but sadly they had sold out in my size by the time I called. They gave me the number of one of their other ships that had it in stock and the staff were great as well, calling me back, allowing me to order and pay over the phone and having it sent to my house. I adore the dress and it's a nice weighty fabric that feels very nice on and when I walk. It drapes beautifully. I'm a big fan of their stuff. My only complaint is that at 5'4 their trousers are an unattainable length for me.

I agree I like the theory of them more than the reality. I have a few of their pieces all bought on sale and none of them really inspire me tbh or are my favourite pieces in my wardrobe. They’re just very functional. They don’t really make me feel special even though they’re very expensive. Bah.

I have some of their stuff and I think the quality is very good. I have a really lovely velvet dress and I think the detailing and the quality of the fabric is excellent. I absolutely love it and am complimented every time I wear it. I bought it in a sale and it was reasonable for what it is. I am now dedicated to buying more dresses in their sales.

I also have some gorgeous Italian wool trousers.

I think I'd like one of their shirts next and will watch out in the sales again.
