Finishing creams/serums for hair

I've found it nigh on impossible (but searched on Google and found some new ones) to find decent finishing creams/serums for my hair - which is dry, slightly frizzy and highlighted.

I bought loads of Redken Outshine 01 last year from USA as that's been discontinued now.

Anyway, my question is, why are these creams so hard to come by? Especially as lots of women have highlighted, styled hair these days?

I use Percy and Reed Wonder Balm which is good for curly/frizzy hair.

I love Aveda Botanical Repair Strengthening Leave-In Treatment .

I use Frizz Ease featherlight smoothing crème for frizzy, fine hair.
