Broken fingernails

My fingernails are always breaking off, one broke off really low down and is very sore.

I dont look after my nails how can i strengthen my nails?

I've been taking these for ages and my nails are incredibly hard

I use OPI Nail Envy.

On the pricier side but would absolutely recommend it. My nails are strong and healthy!

I’ve recommended it to a lot of people and they’ve all said it’s been great.
