Help me find a funeral coat please!

My lonely FIL has passed away and I need a coat to wear to the funeral.

I am 4 months post-partum and rather larger than usual (size 18). I ordered this trench www.marksandspencer.com/cotton-rich-double-breasted-trench-coat/p/clp60528140?color=BLACK&prevPage=srp#intid=prodColourId-60528140 but M&S have said they’re unable to fulfil the order.

Ideally I’d want to spend less than £100. The weather is fairly mild but I feel the cold so would like some kind of smart coat but not too warm, I thought a trench would be perfect but have had no luck. I went into town on Friday and could only find very casual coats or £250+ ones.

I would really like it to be black but some edging would be fine or if not another style in grey maybe? DH has got a new black suit for the occasion and it will be fairly traditional so I’d really prefer to get something than wear any of the brighter coloured coats I already own.

Bonus points if anyone could find anything that might be even vaguely flattering. I’m short, massive breastfeeding boobs and flabby stomach atm, but have a waist. I’m sorry @Riverlee but I find the black ones too casual, I know some people could carry them off and still look smart but I’m not one of them. The beige one is too light (I have a coat that colour that I could wear as a worst case scenario but I’d really rather not).

Call a few local charity shops, many will have things potentially in a store room as they have changed stock over, can't hurt. Otherwise H&M had them last week

I saw some nice coats on there but some are out of stock in my size and some are too expensive, plus they seem to shoot most of the pics to repel shoppers. I'll check them out again though.

If you filter on ASOS for black trench coats size18 there are a couple that are more conservative for around the £50-60 mark
