Stop my kohl and eyeliner from moving!

I don't wear a lot of makeup. It's usually just concealer on the lower kids, liquid eyeliner, a smudge of kohl near the outer corners on the bottom, and mascara.

My problem is that the kohl always moves and looks messy, and the eyeliner stops looking crisp after an hour.

Would using primer help? Can anyone recommend a non-oily one? Would I use primer on both lids, before any other makeup?

I use loose powder first then brush loose powder over the eyeliner to set it. I use a crayon style rather than a liquid though.

The liquid eyeliner just looks less crisp. The kohl liner is the one that looks very smudged.

Khol is supposed to get smudged, the original is a powder that smudges when in contact with eye moisture.
For the eyeliner maybe powder to absorb moisture n keep it crispy?

Kohl is meant to be smudged around the eyes, but not smudge all the way down the lower lids though.

I have the same problem with my eye liner! Haven’t found a solution yet. Never happened when I was younger.

I wear neutral creme eyeshadow first and then put the eyeliner on top, stops the eyeliner from smudging and keeps powder eyeshadow in place too.

Eyeshadow primer, I use rimmel but I would like to try urban decay. It creates a barrier to the oil your eyelids produce, totally changed things for me and loads of make up I thought I couldn’t wear I now can.

Set the kohl with loose powder. Any translucent face powder is fine. After applying the kohl, use a small brush and dab a very tiny smidgen of powder on top. Kohl will stay put.

Even better use dark brown or black powder eyeshadow to set it
