FeelUnique are they going bust?

I'm signed up for premier delivery, yet I have never received a delivery the next day, or the day after.
I live in central England.

They cancelled my last order without explanation.

They say they have delivered my parcel, they haven't. I think it has gone to the wrong address.

In previous orders items have been missing, broken, wrong item sent.

I can never get through to live chat.

I don't know how to make a complaint.

They weren't like this before, I used to spend ££££ with them every year.

I know that this is a first world problem.
I know that it's only personal care products, but shit service is shit service, whatever you are buying.

Anyone else had this?

No, they are the only one (& SpaceNK) that THG didn't buy.

THG own Cult Beauty.

IMO SpaceNK has lost its mojo too.

When I had issues with a Look Fantastic order and a nightmare with them it only got sorted after I posted an extract of my woes on their instagram

I buy a lot from Feelunique and have never had an issue? Plus there are always discount codes about.

I've only recently discovered SPACENK and have been super impressed. Not had a problem. With feelunique either. Cult Beauty has got quite bad now so I don't bother.

That will be the courier delivery getting it wrong. Is there not a customer service number you can call?

I haven’t had issues as such but I’m finding they have less and less variety of what I want. These days I find more of some product ranges at Boots than at Feelunique Confused which just seems odd (albeit, great I can get things at Boots I guess!).

Had problems with a Feel Unique order at the beginning of January but just ordered again this week and it was on time (next day delivery at local collection point).

My orders always arrive on time really quickly. The few times I have used Look Fantastic there service has not been as good.
Feel unique is now owned by Sephora.

But some of the ranges I first went to Feelunique to be able to buy, they hardly stock much of it now. Maybe just a few bits but nothing close to the full range (like some hair products I buy). So now I just don’t have much reason to go to Feelunique.

I've never had an issue but then I've never had a problem with Look Fantastic either, and I'd always go to them first as they're invariably cheaper.
I do wonder if there are now so many of these beauty sites around that some are going to go.
I used to buy a lot from salon skincare for example, but don't even know if it still exists as I've been using LF for so long.

Maybe FeelUnique don't have the space to hold the stock & ranges.
I agree that they don't have as much stock as LookF.

@Baaaa I agree that Boots have really upped their game.
Unfortunately, IMO their website is slow and searching for things can be a challenge. Also, unless they have changed things recently, their delivery isn't as efficient as LF/Feelunique and the others (usually).

@CowsAreNotGreen I used to love SpaceNK but for the last two years they too are often out of stock of things. I want to buy from them, especially now that Cult Beauty is part of The Hut Group. But a few times recently I've gone to buy something & SpaceNK doesn't have the stock vs THG.

Now, I have never had any delivery problems with LookF, Cult Beauty or SpaceNK. I do a lot of online shopping because we live in the countryside. We are within 30 miles of 4 cities, but getting into them is a ball ache & parking is inevitably ££££.

Did you know that The Hut Group own or has a stake in a lot of brands too? Elemis is just one of them, which is why LF have always got Elemis on special 😂. They own Espa and have an financial interest in so many others; Burts Bees is another one. I wonder whether FeelU is struggling to compete? Though if it is owned by Sephora, it should be strong.

I've only contacted LF customer service once and they were really good Grin.

After a week of trying, I have finally had an online conversation with a real human being. I'm crossing my fingers that they sort it out.

I’ve always had shit service from them. Repeatedly sending the wrong items in my my beauty box and sample selection.

There suggested solution was to ‘allow’ me to purchase an extra beauty box containing the correct items.

No fuck off Grin

I ordered a couple of things from FeelUnique a week or two ago and had no problems - fast delivery too. Hope you get your order sorted out soon!

Never had a problem with Feel unique. I’ve had one issue with look fantastic - lost delivery - what a faff!! Customer service was shocking and to be honest useless. Took nearly 6 weeks to be refunded. Even though Hermès has said it had my order but never delivered on their system.

I do like SpaceNk but find they do have a lot of stuff I need put of stock. Boots website drives me mad!
