Zara returns

I’ve not purchased from Zara since the new year. But just gone to send an order back and there is no longer the option for Royal Mail returns - just collect plus. Must admit I’m not as keen on just handing over parcels in petrol stations and random shops, much prefer the security of tracking via PO. I’ve taken parcel to BP garage but unlike PO it hasn’t showed as collected by courier on the Zara returns section (with PO it shows up straightaway).
Does anyone know if Zara have ceased to offer Royal Mail please? Would be disappointing if they have.

just done my return - i had Hermes and collect+ options. Last week I used PO so it does seem to have been removed.

I like Hermes, seems to work well for me with the tracking too.

I've never had a problem returning via collect+. Tracking is easy too.

Thanks - think I’m quite set in my ways and have preferred Royal Mail - good to know of positive experiences with other return methods!

I sent mine back via royal main at the beginning of the week.

Use Hermes , you can track them

Not specifically Zara but I've always found Collect+ to be reliable and quick. And even better, the petrol station has longer opening hours and there's always somewhere to park!

I had this problem a couple of weeks ago but due to where I live can’t use any of the other options. I called up and they sent me a Royal Mail return so seems you can’t still do it if you ask for one specifically. Not sure why they’ve removed it as an option online though.
