Another funeral one

I need something for DH's funeral, not black as he hated black at funerals, he wants bright colours. I did try today, admittedly I only went to Next but it was so overwhelming. I want to be able to wear my Chelsea boots if I can as DH loved them. I am usually a jeans and top kind of person, I am 5ft 7, 9st 10 and I think I am a size 12 but I might be a 10 in some places, dark hair, olive skin and in my late 50s. It is not that long since I was asking for advice on a dress for our wedding and now I need dressing for his funeral.

I'm shit at dressing myself...never mind anyone else...but hope you get sorted....if I was to give advice...i would say...stick to styles you've worn and liked before....be comfy....go with your gut instinct....and whatever colour or pattern it is....just go for it 💐

I reckon this would look great with a jacket or card and opaque tights and Chelsea boots, plus I like the "when life gives you lemons" subtext, because that is very much the impression you and your DH gave me of how you approached life. They have other prints too, though.
