Black dress for funeral

Need an outfit for a funeral, everything I've found online is out of stock in my size.

Try this in a 10 and 12. Can collect from a store the next day. It's simple and generally that's good for a funeral, you don't need to make a statement with your outfit.

Agree with a pp though, if you already have black or navy trousers or skirt and top, you don't need to buy something new.

Thank you to the kind posters. I appreciate it. I did obviously look myself but like I said it is overwhelming and thought people may have seen something they could link to. I don't really have anything suitable, I gave a lot of my smart office wear away during the pandemic and have had a baby and feel like my body is different.

The first few responses put me off posting a similar thread asking for help in choosing an outfit for a funeral. The funeral is for my husband and I am barely putting one foot in front of the other most of the time, the thought of shopping for a dress is overwhelming and I have nothing suitable in my wardrobe as I am a jeans and top kinda person. I think if I had posted and got similar responses I'd be in tears right now.

I am very sorry for your loss, Boden have lots of black and navy plain jersey dresses - I have a lot of them for work. As long as you have funds you could order a selection and then return the unsuitable ones
