polo neck for this dress

I picked up this dress in a local charity shop yesterday and would like to wear it now but am thinking black polo neck under it, or navy? Where to get one?

Oh, I love a polo neck under dress look. It's my favourite look. That dress would be something I'd get. I had a very similar one with a navy bottom and white and navy striped top with gold buttons with anchors on! I'd wear a black polo neck personally. Where to buy one? I don't know! Maybe try ASOS

This one could be useful - if it's thermal enough, you might not need an outer layer on spring days and you can show off your dress - it's lovely.
