New M&S jeans - anyone tried?

I've noticed that M&S have relaunched/redesigned some of their jeans - including the boyfriend ones. Has anyone tried the new ones yet? They look nice in the pictures, but just wondering how they are in real life - and what the sizing is like (M&S sizing is a minefield).

Not specifically the boyfriend jeans but I bought some after seeing an article on Who,What,Wear - mine are high waisted straight leg. Sizing is very big. I am a 10/22, often need the 12 on the bottom, and mine are a 10 - with hindsight the 8 would have been better as they are quite gapey at the waist. I really like them though, look great and nice soft denim.

@Judystilldreamsofhorses ah yes, I have had my eye on these ones! good to know you like them (and thanks for tips re: sizing...i hate that M&S sizing is so all over the place!)

I had a 20% Sparks thing so they were a total bargain!

M&S 'short' length Sienna jeans are 2" too long - short have always been just right for me.

What colour did you get @Judystilldreamsofhorses. I also have a 20% off jeans offer but my size is out of stock in all colours...hopefully they'll come back before the offer expires!

I recently ordered a few pairs of trousers and jeans in short length and was surprised to find how long they were. It is a few years since I had trousers from them. I now need extra short. There are very few styles in extra short and they are mostly out of stock and are all black. Really annoying.

I got the medium colour @doublecleansed. If I was buying them again I would get the short length - I’m 5ft 6 and because they are big on the waist the regular is a tiny bit longer than I would ideally like. That maybe makes no difference to your stock issue, but just in case!
