Jackets/coats for Spring

Just wondering what everyone wears when the weather is starting to warm up but it's still too cold to go without a jacket/coat? Every year I struggle and end up either boiling hot or freezing! It's still cold out there but I'm determined to be prepared this year.

I'm a size 18/20 with big boobs in coats so that just adds to the dilemma!

Help me get it right this year, please!

Short trench or Bomber. I quite like it when it's a thin material but with a thin fleece lining that doesn't add bulk, but does give a layer of warmth.
