Salt spray for hair. What do I do with it ?

Going on holiday soon to a (hopefully) warm climate. I will be swimming but don’t tend to get my hair wet. My hair is wavy when I don’t blow dry it straight which I won’t be doing.

How do I use this new fangled salt spray ? Apparently I neeeeed it.

Spray it through when your hair is damp and lightly scrunch and then leave it to dry naturally, gives you a JustGotOffaSurboard vibe. I like it but have to wash it out the next day as it can feel itchy. What brand are you planning on using?
