Tiffany necklace - chain length

Does anyone know if it's possible to have a longer chain on a Tiffany necklace? I'm looking at the Elsa Peretti Bean and it only seems to be available in 16" and I prefer 18".

I don’t know, but I got this necklace recently and when we wanted to swap the bean for a bigger bean the customer services were so helpful - so I’d give them a ring

I called them this morning and I've ordered it with an 18" chain. Thank you for your help!
