Make up ideas for holiday

Any tips for above. Going somewhere warm and sunny and looking for waterproof. I need some make up otherwise I look completely washed out (and old!). I usually do at least eye liner and mascara but also want something on my face to hide blemishes and give me a bit of a glow. Any recommendations please. Thank you.

Could you get away with just using fake tan on your face? I find wearing foundation in hot weather just clogs up the pores and prefer to let my face "breathe".

For I love the Charlotte Tilbury Hollywood glow. It can be used as a primer or highlighter, or on its own as it has some coverage. Beautiful glow that really lasts. I usually apply after a face cream or oil when it's still a bit damp, and mix a bit of concealer in, or apply all over with a brush and then add concealer on top where I need it.

When I'm on holiday I like cream products so will do a cream bronzer e.g. the Chanel les beige one or a bronzer stick e.g. nars and same with blush (although I often just use my lipstick as a cream blush and tap in with fingers)

Then a cream eyeshadow stick if anything in a shimmery neutral, bit of smudgy mid brown eyeliner (kiko ones are great and set after 30 seconds and really lock in all day) and waterproof mascara.

I would dye everything you can dye ( eyelashes and eyebrows )
Maybe an LVL (eyelash lift and tint )

Lip stain (very 1990s but I'm sure there must be something similar round)

And YY to fake tan , something like the TanLuxe drops in your daily moisturiser .

The Mac setting spray is great for longwear makeup too think it's called fix plus and I'm sure one of them has SPF in.

My best trick is la Roche posays small aerosol can of 50+ SPF, it's so light you just mist over your makeup no need to rub it in and mess it up!

Maybe get your eyelashed dyed for the holiday so you don't have to faff around with mascara?

Tinted moisturiser, cream blush, cream shadow stick, mascara, brows and a lip balm. Done.

I wish I could use cream products on holiday, I have oily skin so cream products just melt away on me.

I’ve been wearing this over my SPF moisturiser this summer. It’s been hot and humid and it’s done pretty well.
