He wasn’t just an an EL exec, he was head of brand globally for MAC (owned by EL) for many many years and if I remember correctly the company gained him in the buyout of MAC. He’s been toxic for years.
If you’re going to get on your moral high horse and boycott anyone, boycott MAC. If not you’ll have to do the whole stable - Bobbi Brown, Clinique, Jo Malone, Tom Ford, Bumble+Bumble, Aveda, Crème de la Mer, Darphin and more fragrances than I can name!
