Help me find a funky dress?

Help me find a dress lads! I've been scrolling through vinted for two hours.

Best friend in the world is getting married in May. Ceremony is in afternoon and reception is in a bar/nightclub type place they've hired. It's in Berlin. Both grooms work in fashion.

I don't think my usual pastel Ted Baker wedding get up is going to do the job Grin I asked about the dress code and he said "we want everyone to wear what they feel most fabulous in'.

I'm thinking something colourful, or a poofy skirt or maybe something sparkly.

Body type is tall and skinny with zero norks (not even wonderbra-able) so no low necks!

Any labels come to mind??

I would definitely look at rentals - like Hurr - as you could rent a really amazing designer dress for less than you might spend on buying one. I’d also look at the Outnet as they have loads of brands, and at good prices.

What’s your budget?

About £200 that's why I'm looking at second hand. Found a couple of Vivenne Westwards that have possibilities but not a clue about the sizing.

I always wondered about renting but a) I'd probably get cake on it and b) of probably not want to give it back!! I'll have a look though Grin

I love that too and skirt combo BluebellsGreenbells !
Shame the colour is the same colour my skin goes when I get chilly. I should probably look up how warm Berlin is at the end of May!

About the same as the UK! Should be fine for a May wedding.

It would also be great to float about in mid winter watching crap on TV!

Have a look at Closet London. Some of the stuff is quite Ted Bakery, but they do have some colourful dresses/skirts and some of them are pouffey.

This one caught my eye as being a bit different:

I love this but those sleeves always look silly on me

I sent the groom the yellow pouf dress - he said to bare in mind the venue isn't that big Grin

That green dress has a lovely vintage vibe. Have a look at Nancy Mac. They have some lovely wedding type stuff.
